Modern architecture at the foot of an old castle: with its contemporary design, Refugio Laudegg forms a stunning contrast to its neighbor from the 12th Century. By virtue of its form with several vertically displaced units and the use of local materials, it blends in harmoniously with its surroundings. Inside nothing distracts from the views to the Tyrolean mountains: Rooms and suites have broad glass fronts and are simply furnished. The wooden walls provide a warmth within this pleasing minimalist approach.
Breakfast are served in the traditional-style restaurant Rauthof.
What to do
The Refugio Laudegg is a good starting point for sporting activities in the region of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis: hiking in summer and skiing in the huge ski area in winter.
