With its rectilinear architecture House Bettnau 16 on the northern shore of Lake Constance seems simple and restrained on first glance, however if you take a closer look the house shows refined details: the roof appears to float on the band of windows, the outer wall of the staircase is fully glazed over two levels and the staircase railings are decorated with a irregular pattern of holes.
The simple, subtle style with a twist continues inside the four apartments. The spacious apartments can accommodate three, five or six people. Some of them have lake and mountain views. A highlight is the view from the living room of the 220 square meters large attic apartment: the fully glazed gable and the band of windows offer panoramic vistas of the surrounding countryside.
