The 250-year-old Casa Pasqualin is located in the the most beautiful part of Cessole, a small village in the Piedmont. It is the highest situated house of this picturesque, historic village, and benefits from its position with spectacular views and a place in the sun from dawn until dusk. When the freestanding house was redeveloped, great care was taken to preserve as much of the original building as possible: Nothing was changed on the old façade and layers of plaster and paint were removed from ancient stone and brick arches. The furnishings within the house stand in contrast to the old walls. Modern bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with a cooking island provide for modern day comfort. The house with a living space of 330 sqm (including seven double bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 2 sleeping lofts) can accommodate larger groups. The modern garden has a 15-meter pool and an additional small children’s pool. Even while swimming you can enjoy the stunning views over Cessole and the valley.
What to do
The location surrounded by beautiful nature and vineyards, between sea and mountains, between Alba and Acqui Thermeand close to the vineyards of Barbaresco and Barolo makes the house an ideal starting point for a memorable holiday.
