Casa Port is an old fisherman’s house in the harbour district of the Majorcan resort of Port Sóller. The lovingly restored cottage for four people is located in a small, quiet alley near the beach promenade. Its two floors, a historic atmosphere, modern design and natural materials unite to form a brilliantly light and airy experience. Cement tiles with artful ornaments add striking accents. And for you comfort the house is equipped with underfloor heating in the living room and the bathrooms, and separate air conditioning in the two bedrooms. The spacious living and dining area, as well as the semi-open kitchen with access to the shaded patio, are on the ground floor of this 120 sqm large house; the bedrooms are on the first floor. From the roof terrace you can watch the harbor in full swing or enjoy the view of the impressive Tramuntana Mountains.
