The sea in sight, a pool beneath the palm trees, and several terraces surrounding the house and even on top of the roof: Casa XYZA offers some spectacular conditions for relaxing on the sunny Algarve coast. This 1980s villa in the fishing village of Ferragudo has been given a complete makeover. Behind its white façade, there are bright, modern rooms that radiate calm and elegance.
There is an open-plan living, dining and cooking area (with a large kitchen island) and there are also five double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In contrast to the pure white of the bedrooms, the bathrooms are furnished with patterned Portuguese tiles. Almost all the rooms offer direct access outside – to the lounge corner with a concrete bar counter, the large dining area with a barbecue area, and the pool area with a sundeck under the palm trees. The pool is separated by a fence, which means the house is suitable for holidays with small children. The roof terrace is the perfect place for drinks overlooking the sunset!
