Nestled among the vineyards, meadows and forests of Italy’s Piemont region, Cascine Crema is a homestead of old stone houses, some of which date back 300 years. The owners – a Swiss couple who have fulfilled their dream of settling in Italy – saved these old houses from demolition. Once the lodgings of farmers, servants and maids, the homestead’s various stables and barns, storage cellars and wine cellars, chestnut and silkworm huts, were carefully renovated and turned into comfortable holiday homes. The smallest house has space enough for two to three guests, while the largest can accommodate up to eleven. Cooking enthusiasts will enjoy the spacious kitchens. Ingredients can be bought in the farm shop or harvested from the farmyard. Once a week, dinner is held by the large pool.

At the farm: a pool (20 x 14 m) plus a separate children's pool, billiards and a games house, wood-burning ovens, wine and a specialty cellar, foosball table, table tennis, trampoline, mountain bikes, fruit and a vegetable garden.
Outside: jogging, biking, tennis and restaurants in the neighboring village of Bergolo and many other places in the immediate vicinity, riding facilities, excursions to the sea within an hour and wine tastings.
