Case Study Houses

Holidays in a designer home: The Case Study Houses are situated in the small fishing village Gümüslük at the tip of the Turkish peninsula of Bodrum. Unusual architecture and designer interior furnishings set these luxury holiday homes apart. Both houses display a clear style and minimalist architecture, but each has its own character. The Radius House stands out by its division into two buildings: the living area is separated from the sleeping area. The Absolute House has an unusual circular floor plan. The houses have large roof terraces from which you can watch the sun go down in the Aegean Sea. The sea is reached by car in just five minutes. But you don’t need to leave the resort to go swimming – there is a large swimming pool which includes a children’s area.

What to do

There are many small restaurants right by the sea. Excursion to Rabbit Island, diving, swimming, boat tours, International Music Festival Gümüslük.
