The Patio House in the fishing village of Agger on the Danish north-west coast is a summer house from the 1970s, which was modernised and adapted to the needs of the Danish-French owner family by adding annexes. Moreover, an outdoor area protected from views and wind was created, which gave the house its name.

This is the motto of the holiday home GEHTDOCH (‘There you go’) in the Klützer Winkel region between the Hanseatic City of Wismar and the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen. It is located about 800 metres from the beach in the holiday village of Meerleben, a small estate with eleven wooden houses built according to ecological and sustainability criteria.
