Hideaways for two

Bring your loved one

Bo Pavillon

The Bo Pavilion, located in the heart of the Saarland, a German federal state, is the joint project of three friends. Designer Heike Schneider, architect Michel Leinenbach and visual artist Martin Steinert have combined their skills and expertise to create a building that blends architecture and art. The pavilion’s polygonal ground plan is as versatile as its possible uses: it serves as a holiday home for a relaxed retreat, as a location for inspiring workshops and as a place for focused work.

Cocooning was the keyword for the property’s Belgian owners when they began planning the house: they wanted to create a retreat for two people that would be truly surrounded by nature.

Sieseby Loft is nestled in the property of a former farmhouse on the outskirts of the village of Sieseby on the Schlei inlet of Germany’s Baltic Sea coast. Large windows – up to eight metres high on the garden side – bring plenty of light into the rooms and offer views of the park-like garden property. Floorboards and wooden ceilings, exciting lines of sight, works of art, and a calming colour scheme define the ambience.
