A swiss idyll straight out of a picture book: In the Chesa Wazzau, an Engadine house dating to the 17th Century, you will feel like you’ve stepped a few centuries back in time. The house has been renovated in a way that preserves the original character. Vaulted ceilings, windows set deep into the walls, typical graffiti-decorations and antique furniture reawaken its old-time charm. With the addition of today’s comforts, such as floor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a long dining table, two living rooms, the kitchen, a single room and a large bathroom. Five bedrooms and another small bathroom are located on the two upper floors. Chesa Wazzau can accommodate up to 12 people who want to spend a holiday in the beautiful Upper Engadine. Excursions are plentiful: The tranquil village of Bever is surrounded by beautiful countryside and St. Moritz is just a short drive away.
