Jotvier is an ecological wooden house in the Tyrolean village of Jungholz, which is an Austrian exclave on the edge of the Oberallgäu and can only be reached via a German road. As simple and straight-lined as its architecture is the interior design of the house. The three apartments have a modern-functional and yet cozy ambience. By virtue of a clever use of space the duplex apartments “Claudia” and”Gerhard” can accommodate up to four people on 52 square meters each. On the ground floor there is the living, dining and cooking area, on the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The 58 sqm basement apartment “Michael” sleeps up to three people. It has an open bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. All apartments have large panoramic windows, spacious terraces and garden access.
