Clear design and uncompromising simplicity characterise the apartment house Laudinella in the Austrian village See in Paznaun. The owners’ credo is “modern but not newfangled”. Accordingly, a timeless house has been created, which differs from the traditional Tyrolean houses but shows its local ties in the shape of its roof. The linear, simple look of the architecture continues inside. The three apartments are equipped with handmade furniture and paneling made of spruce and oak. The south facing living rooms offer views of the green or snow covered nature. The house is located at the end of the valley descent of the ski resort in See and just steps from the mountain railway.
