The LOGIS 19/5 guesthouse is situated in the centre of a wine-growing village in the Markgräferland of south-west Germany. The 70 square meter apartment is located in a passive house built as a modern addition to a 16th century estate. It is spread over three floors: the entrance level featuring a kitchen and access to the outside seating area, the basement with a bedroom, and the upper floor with sofa bed, workplace and southwest oriented loggia. Large window fronts, wooden floors and the open, Scandinavian-inspired interiors ensure a friendly ambience in each room.
What to do
Art/culture in the Greater Basel area, architecture & design (vitra house, etc.), wine & culinary delights, hiking and e-biking.
Why we like this house
The guesthouse is located in a quiet location, but directly in the village centre, and has a courtyard garden with a Mediterranean flair. With its bookable services, the house is a great alternative to a hotel stay.
This house is great for
For couples and small families as well as for business travelers (including for longer stays).
