At the beginning of each year, as reliably as the awards season gets under way in Hol­lywood, we take a moment to present our Top 10 holiday homes. We have put tog­ether this small sel­ection of homes from over 450 pro­perties repre­sented on URLAUBSARCHITEKTUR, and we think you will find them par­ti­cu­larly exciting. You can see the full Top 10 for 2017 in our blog, but today — as a teaser — we would like to showcase six houses that ranked in the top spots in various cate­gories. We will also introduce you to our three most popular new entries in greater detail.

Modern archi­tecture near the water proved espe­cially popular in 2017. Five of the ten top-ranked new entries, as well as the very well received Black & Bright house, are situated on the Baltic coast.
