Newsletter: Amongst the chips and the flower bulbs

sh18_bNot only are Belgium and the Netherlands richly varied countries with a wealth of history, they are inhabited by the most straightforward people imaginable in central Europe. Generous, often a little crazy, each with their own stock of stories – as is typical of people who have been great sea voyagers for generations, have lived in transit areas, and have always been in contact with people of other cultures countries and languages.
