Our new monthly news­letter …

If walls could talk … there would be some amazing stories told in the houses we have gathered tog­ether for you today. For with names such as Le Cor­busier, Gropius, Bauhaus and Hans Scharoun we are pre­senting some of the main­stays of modern archi­tecture, not only to conjure up the delights of the past before our very eyes, but also to be lived in. In time you may also add you own chapter to the history of these walls, inscribe them with new images… The very names of the loca­tions have a special ring to them: Dessau, Dresden, Berlin and Bern.

An old plant nursery repackaged: L’Emballage in Saint-Malo is a successful symbiosis of historical substance and contemporary architecture, in which a concrete skeleton has been given a new lease of life.
