Nebesa

Nebesa means sky in Slovenian, and the name aptly describes this mountain retreat and its four modern cottages. A near-heavenly peace can be found here, at 900 meters in the Slovenian Soca valley, just on the border to Italy. The resort is surrounded by a deer park and the nearest neighbour is 2 km away. A maximum of eight guests can stay in the small retreat, since each of the four cabins is designed for two people only. In the living area of the cottages you can look up to the steep gabled roof – the open sleeping area is located directly under this gable. And since the houses have broad windows that face the valley, the magnificent mountain scenery is ever-present. Nebes features a common room with fireplace and terrace, a wine cellar and a wellness area.

What to do

Wellness area with pool, sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room. Many outdoor activities are possible: cycling, hiking, climbing, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, hunting, horse riding, paragliding, ski mountaineering, cross-country skiing. The village Livek is 2 km away, the small town Kobarid 7 km. In Kobrid there is a famous 1st World War museum and several excellent restaurants. Excursions to Italy: good restaurants can be reached in 20 minutes, the cities of Cividale and Udine in 30 minutes, Venice in 2 hours.

Why we like this house
