Rocciaviva is a 16th century farmhouse in Umbria, beautifully placed on a hillside between olive groves and woods, overlooking a valley and the old Campello Alto castle. This restored farmhouse comprises two spacious, bright apartments: a 100 sq m ground floor apartment and a 150 sq m apartment on the upper floor. With rustic chestnut beams, rock walls and a large arched window in the kitchen, the ground floor apartment boasts a lot of authentic flair. In the attic apartment, steel elements and the open gallery create modern contrasts to the historical fabric of the building. Thanks to its hillside location, both apartments have direct access to the landscaped garden. It offers several secluded spots, a small plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen, as well as a greenhouse, which can be used as a tea house on sunny winter days.
