The Seilerhaus is an idyllic gem on the edge of the old town of Gottingen. The listed, 100-year old half-timbered house has been renovated with great attention to detail whereby the historic building fabric has been combined with new elements. A modern staircase connects the three floors of the 70 square meter house. Each level has something special: The kitchen in the basement features exposed stone walls, a cap ceiling and a fireplace. The living room on the mezzanine floor has a lot of charm due to its triangle top windows and the old, disused door. In the attic bedroom rustic beams create a homely ambiance. Also the small garden with its 400 year old oak tree has historic flair.
