Kornspeicher Mauritz [Mauritz Granary] is located on the bodden side of the island of Rügen in the village of Zicker, far away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. This large brick building, once used to store grain upstairs and house livestock below, now provides four holiday apartments that, due to their size and layout, serve as meeting and yoga rooms. The 520-square-metre maisonette with its high ceiling and numerous work, lounge and relaxation areas is suitable for workshops, offsite events and private celebrations. The hundred-year-old wooden beams, in combination with the brick walls, create a cosy atmosphere. The loft apartment on the ground floor, with cement floors, steel columns and whitewashed walls, conveys an urban ambiance and is often used for yoga retreats. Kornspeicher Mauritz includes a large garden, a pool and a sauna.
