„Villa at the Trump” rests on a hill by a small lake in the heart of the Uckermark near the village Melzow. The neoclassical building is an architectural feature, because country villas are rare in this region. The east wing of the villa houses three holiday apartments: all with a beautiful south facing view of the lake and the undulating moraine landscape, but each individually decorated and unique in style.
Art Deco and “Neue Sachlichkeit” (New Objectivity) characterise the 64 sqm “Vintage” apartment on the ground floor. English country-house style and free-standing wooden beams dominate in the 82 sqm “Cottage” apartment on the first floor. Casual and cool is the style on the top floor: In the 95 square meter “Lounge” apartment, with its spacious living room and fireplace, design classics from the 1960s and 1970s set the tone. A spacious foyer with an open fireplace, a 120 sqm sun terrace, a large garden with lawn as well as a swimming and fishing pier are available to all guests.
What to do
Guests can play table tennis and badminton in the garden. A children's playground and a football field are located about 30 meters in the immediate vicinity at the public beach of the village. A watercolor course is offered. Pottery classes in neighboring Warnitz can be organised. In the village Melzow Carriage and sleigh rides can be booked all year round.
