The Weinberg12 in the Steiermark is a small, but smart holiday house. The building belongs to a rural mansion along with several others on the outskirts of Weinberg an der Raab. In its conversion, the house was given a new quality by adding modern architectural elements: The new stairs were placed in the middle of the house, dividing the two floors into different areas. The living and dining areas are located on the ground floor, as well as an open kitchen with panoramic windows. The sleeping area and bathroom are in the attic. Striking here is the large glass roof dormer. It makes bath-time a special experience. And it lends the house its own, modern individuality.
What to do
Walks and bike rides along the meadowland of the Raabtal. Visits of the thermal baths as well as castles and palaces in the area. The fertile region of the Styrian volcano and an excursion along the South East Styrian wine route offer a wide range of culinary offers.
Why we like this house
