Nur eine halbstündige Autofahrt vom Trubel der Hauptstadt Kataloniens entfernt liegt das Barcelona Sanctuary am Rande eines Naturparks und nahe der Küste. Die Lage auf einem Hügel mit Aussicht auf Wälder und das in der Ferne schimmernde Meer waren maßgeblich für die Architektur des Hauses. Das aus zwei weißen Kuben bestehende Gebäude im modernistischen Stil erstreckt sich über mehrere Ebenen, die über Innen- und Außentreppen verbunden werden. Alle Räume haben Zugang nach draußen. Die Klarheit und Ruhe, die das Haus von außen ausstrahlt, setzt sich in den Innenräumen fort. Weiße Wände und helle Natursteinböden, Glas und Edelstahl bestimmen das schlichte Ambiente, das durch ein paar kräftige Farbakzente aufgelockert wird.
Das Ferienhaus hat einen großen Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esstisch sowie vier Schlafzimmer. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit Essplatz direkt am Haus sowie einen Pool im weitläufigen Garten. Von der Dachterrasse aus kann man das Mittelmeer sehen.

Breakfast hits different on the balcony of this architectural gem. From here, the day’s wide open. Relax with a book or hit the trail? Catch some waves or dive into Barcelona’s buzz just half an hour away. Whatever the call, this hilltop base has it all.
This very recommendable modern villa with beautiful swimming pool sits on top of a hill where pine trees and quiet are the protagonists. We stayed there a few times, and enjoyed the modern comfort and the beautiful terrace in and around the house. Close enough to the city of Barcelona, and also some beach vibes, this house will leave you speechless. I do recommend with all my heart.

Peace, quiet, pine trees and a marvellous garden surrounding an astonishing pool. This fantastic modern house has everything you’d ever ask for. Go for a beautiful walk on the top of the hill or descend to the lovely village at the foot of the hill. Or stroll through Barcelona’s lively streets, and then come back to the tranquility of this gem of a house. Privacy and modern comfort guaranteed. Would highly recommend.

We were a group of 6 collegues who went for a teambuilding in Barcelona. The villa has a perfect location, only 30 minutes by car to the ramblas. San Andreu de Llaveneres is a typical Catalan village with all the amenities you need . It’s a modernestic villa in the real Mies Van der Rohe tradition.
