Ferienhaus Villa CP

We were looking for a quite and beau­tiful place, a spa­cious house to enjoy and relax — and we were more than delighted to find the Villa CP. The house was very clean, per­fectly equipped and Guy gave us a warm welcome. He was so helpful to get us some gro­ceries because on the day of arrival all shops were closed. Thank you for that. We enjoyed everey moment and left only for two short trips to get some food and visit Girona. We didn’t feel any need to go to the buz­zeling city of bar­celona. We stayed on the porch, inside the house or just in bed and inhaled the silence and beauty every minute.

We had a perfect stay at Villa CP. Amazing location. My wife is an architect and app­re­ciated many of the details and solu­tions, she is highly per­fec­tion­istic — but at Villa CP she was fully satisfied. Myriads of creative and intel­ligent solu­tions. The check out was easy, we met the fri­endly cleaner team and handed over the keys. Hope to come back sometime!

Wir hatten eine wun­derbare Zeit in der Villa CP. Alles war wirklich toll, die Lage, die Ein­rich­tungen, vor allem die Küche und Bäder, der wun­derbare Pool und die Aus­sicht. Einfach atem­be­raubend.
Auch die Betreuung durch Guy war her­vor­ragend. Es gab innerhalb kür­zester Zeit eine Antwort und alles wurde immer schnell gelöst.

Wir waren mit unseren erwach­senen Kindern und ihren Partnern dort. Es ist groß genug, damit jeder seine Pri­vat­sphäre hat, aber gleich­zeitig kann man viel gemeinsam unter­nehmen. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer und auch nicht nach Girona. Wir hätten öfters in der Markt­halle in Girona ein­kaufen sollen. Die Auswahl ist einfach fan­tas­tisch.

We had a won­derful stay at Villa CP. Guy is an incre­dibly wel­coming and responsive host. The villa is beau­tifully designed and the views are breath­taking! It is evident that a lot of love and care has been put into the pro­perty. It is extremely quiet and peaceful and we loved being able to step out the front door and walk along the trails through the forest. It was a pri­vilege to stay here and we hope to return one day!

We stayed at Villa CP with our daughter, grown sons and their girl­friends as a place to gather — coming tog­ether from France and Canada. The pro­perty is spec­ta­cular, with some of the most beau­tiful sun­rises viewed directly from the bed­rooms. The orange trees laden with fruit were an espe­cially tasty winter bonus. Some of the best oranges we’ve ever had. The kitchen is very well equipped (we cook a lot and it had ever­y­thing we needed). The home very was com­for­table and and we enjoyed the cozy fire­place in the living room. All in all a very enjoyable stay!

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa CP ver­bracht Anfang November: Wir sind absolute Urlaubs­ar­chi­tektur-Fans und so fanden wir auch dieses Hideway. Ein traum­haftes Haus in einer sen­sa­tio­nellen Lage. Der Aus­blick ist fan­tas­tisch ‚die Ruhe unglaublich. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl­ge­fühlt. Die Aus­stattung des Hauses her­vor­ragend, die Küche lädt zum Kochen ein was wir auch häufig getan haben. Tolle Archi­tektur. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Danke an Guy und seine Familie

An incre­dibly stunning and private location with truly unpar­al­leled vistas, a beau­tifully designed house and gor­geous gardens with an expansive pool. The kitchen is well equipped and fun to cook in and the house is arranged smartly for a family retreat. Guy is and deeply thoughtful host and was lovely deal with. He pro­vided a wealth of infor­mation on the area, and was responsive to any query we had.

Wir haben den Auf­enthalt in der Villa CP sehr spontan und ohne besondere Erwar­tungen gebucht und wurden aufs ange­nehmste über­rascht! Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Aus­blick phä­no­menal, der Garten riesig und wun­der­schön mit Obst (Orangen, Zitronen, Grape­fruits,…) zur freien Ver­fügung und das Haus ebenso stilvoll, groß­zügig und durch­dacht wie indi­vi­duell und ent­spannt — ganz wie die Gast­geber, die jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfs­bereit waren. Die Küchen­aus­stattung erfüllt auch ambi­tio­nierte Ansprüche. Abge­sehen von dem top­ge­pflegten, schönen Pool gibt es ein rie­siges Tram­polin, einen Kicker und eine Tisch­ten­nis­platte. In der näheren Umgebung ist von Strand- bis Städ­te­touren alles möglich — nicht zu ver­gessen die zahl­reichen Gour­met­re­stau­rants… Wir kommen wieder!

A spec­ta­cular villa set in a beau­tiful, peaceful location. The grounds and house itself are gor­geous and to a very high standard, with stunning views all around. The villa itself is very well equipped and very modern inside but evident to see that the owners put a lot of thought and attention to detail into creating a luxu­rious, homely house without detracting from the glo­rious views and natural sur­roun­dings. The children loved the pool, tram­poline and being able to pick fresh lemons, oranges and grape­fruit from the trees in the garden. The location is perfect for cycling- loads of gravel/off road trails and smooth roads, within easy reach of Girona (about 20km), which has plenty of bike, coffee and ice cream shops. A very special place to stay and defi­nitely one we will come back to.

We had awesome weeks at the won­derful annex of Villa CP. Quiet, space and a amazing garden made us feel like we never had before.

We are archi­tecture and relaxing villa vacation fans, and this place is truly special in so many ways. The location is perfect — secluded, quiet, beau­tiful — yet very con­ve­nient for Girona, which was a town we didn’t know much about, but ended up loving. We have stayed in many nice houses over the years, but this place is special. It is not a luxury rental pro­perty in the normal sense. Rather it is a beau­tifully con­ceived and per­fectly exe­cuted family dream second home that ama­zingly the owners are now renting out. If you have any hesi­ta­tions about renting it, let them go. I suspect the only issue with Villa CP going forward is the question of can you book it far enough in advance. We aim to try!

Wir haben den Auf­enthalt in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein wahres Paradies mit einer unend­lichen Ruhe und einem gran­diosen Aus­blick. Die Son­nen­auf­gänge sind unbe­schreiblich schön und wir saßen morgens oft im Wohn­zimmer am Eck­fenster. Dieser fan­tas­ti­scher Moment wurde durch den Geruch der Albizia (der Baum im Innenhof) nochmals gesteigert.

Das war der Lieb­lings­platz meiner Frau.

Wir haben wirklich jede Minute dort genossen.

Villa CP is a unique pro­perty. Amazing private location. Gor­geous pool and gardens. Very tranquil. Espe­cially loved picking organic produce for our meals. Great kitchen! Inspiring archi­tecture. Lovely sur­rounding area with ever­y­thing you need 20–30mins away. We only ven­tured out once as loved being at the villa. Great host. Totally recommend.

Guy met us at arrival and intro­duced us to a magical oasis. When we had minor ques­tions throughout the week, he was attentive and reponsive, even helping to arrange a 75th dinner cele­bration with chefs from Bar­celona. Our group—aged 1 to 75–were all com­for­table. The pool is divine as well as the outdoor showers. An archi­tec­tural gem, coming from an aes­thetic snob!

Ein wun­der­bares Haus in einer wun­der­baren Umgebung. Wäre es im Garten nicht so schön, gäbe es noch viel mehr zu ent­decken. Die Gast­geber waren außer­or­dentlich zuvor­kommend und hilfs­bereit.

We have spent a week in the beau­tiful Villa CP and imme­diately decided to come back. An amazing house in an incre­dible location with stunning views and a very fri­endly owner. We look forward to come back next year!

Ein wun­der­schönes Haus mit herr­lichem Garten in einer wun­der­baren Land­schaft! Wir ver­brachten mit der Familie eine Woche in diesem Paradies. Das Haus und die Ein­richtung sind sehr elegant und stilvoll. Der Garten ist wun­der­schön angelegt und weit­läufig. Es ist herrlich, morgens die Orangen zu pflücken und mit Kaffee und frisch gepresstem Oran­gensaft in die Land­schaft zu schauen. Einfach so. Es ist ein inspie­render Ort mit viel Ruhe. Auch in der nahen Umgebung ist alles vor­handen, was zu einem erhol­samen Urlaub bei­trägt. Die Küche ist so groß­artig ein­ge­richtet, dass es uns allen großen Spass machte, gemeinsam zu kochen und das Essen auf der groß­zü­gigen Ter­rasse zu geniessen. Eine rundum gelungene Urlaubs­woche, wir schwärmen noch immer davon und hoffen auf ein bal­diges Wie­der­sehen auch mit den netten Gast­gebern, die uns sehr freundlich emp­fangen und uns alle Unter­stützung und Hilfe ange­boten haben. Ein herz­liches Dan­ke­schön!

We went with the whole family to spend a few days in November. My 65-year-old parents, my 35-year-old sister, my brother-in-law and I agreed that it was one of the most spec­ta­cular family weekends we have ever had. A pri­vi­leged envi­ronment where time stops and nobody wants to leave. The house is spec­ta­cular, the design is taken care of down to the smallest detail and its owners make ever­y­thing ready for the guests. Not missing any­thing, ever­y­thing is worthy of a 5 star hotel. And when night falls, that sky so full of stars over the immensity of the natural park over­w­helms you. An ideal place to contact nature, breathe and enjoy a few days as a family. We will be back!

Wir haben eine wun­der­volle Woche in diesem beson­deren Haus ver­bracht. Eine bis ins Detail durch­dachte Archi­tektur, mit inspi­rie­renden Sicht­achsen in die Natur, eine gepflegte Außen­anlage, gekrönt mit einem Naturpool der Extra­klasse, cha­rak­te­ri­sieren diese Oase in der Nähe von Girona. Eine Wohl­fühl­adresse die zum Wie­der­kommen ver­führt. Ein beson­derer Dank gilt dem Gast­geber Guy, der sich für­sorg­lichst um alle Belange kümmert. A bientot.

Guy and team go to great lengths to ensure you have the best time — guides to great restau­rants, things to do and even prac­tical notes on how to get the best out of your stay. Zwei Wochen im Paradies

Es waren zwei wun­derbare Wochen in einem traum­haften Haus mit fan­tas­ti­scher Lage. Die Aus­stattung des Hauses, die Ein­richtung ‚die Lage, der traum­hafte Pool .…… und vor allem die Aus­sicht.….. Es war für uns Erholung und Ent­spannung pur! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

We had a great week at the villa. We really app­re­ciated the design and layout of the villa and its fabulous setting. Great place just to sit, relax and read and take in the views and be sere­naded by cuckoos and golden orioles. Near enough to Girona and local towns for excur­sions and within easy reach of the beaches. We would love to visit again

Great host, beau­tiful and clean house in a good location with a stunning view. Guy was quick and helpful. Pro­vided us a Blue­tooth speaker, helped to set up a fire­place. Also he had sug­ges­tions about events and restau­rants. Defi­nitely recommend.

We were lucky to be able to rent this one of a kind villa for a week. The design and details were beau­tiful and very well thought out. The view, pool, kitchen, bed­rooms and common areas so easy to settle in to. Girona is one of our favorite cities too. Hope to be back and stay longer. We have just returned from the most incre­dible week at Villa CP. There really was nothing to fault. To start with the location was incre­dible — the views out over the hills, the epic sun­rises and the sheer sense of quiet and remo­teness, was the best medicine after a mental year in London. Guy couldn’t have been more helpful, purchasing baby cots and high chairs for the babies, and the older kids (3 years) loved seeing the frogs in the swimming pool, lounging on the Fat Boys and attempting to play table football! The decor was beau­tiful, just to our taste, very simple and stylish, no faff. We’ve even taken a few pic­tures of things that we can implement back in our flat in London — some very clever storage solu­tions! The master suite was 10/10 — we’ve stayed in lots of nice hotels, but I think this was the best ever! espe­cially the bath, which we got all 4 kids in and the outdoor shower! This is the perfect place to have a stylish, relaxing holiday, despite having very young children. The local beaches were fab, and the kids even had their first Michellin star expe­rience (spoilt rotten!) Thank you Guy — we’re 100% coming again next year! We went mid Sep­tember and the weather was perfect for the babies (3 months) I would highly recommend going at the beginning / end of the season with young children, otherwise the heat might be a little too much.

CP Villa is Amazing !
Villa CP is a truly won­derful house and the views are excep­tional. The house is cool and spa­cious. The kitchen is well designed and fabu­lously easy to use. What could be better than foraging in the garden for tomatoes, figs, lemons and melons. A special thank you for that Guy — we really did love those figs! The natural swimming pool is lovely and there were often little frogs basking around its peri­meter. We had four 18–20 year old boys who all totally loved the house. They enjoyed playing table tennis, swimming, marathaon monopoly ses­sions, and lots of eating and sleeping! They also enjoyed trips to the nearby water park, Girona (location of Game of Thrones Season 6!) and a night out in Bar­celona.. There are some great beaches nearby and pretty vil­lages. So plenty to do if you want to explore the area. The roads are bendy though so our outings were mainly during the day. A dream house. We can’t wait to go back.

Holy moly this place is perfect. Curr­ently counting pennies in order to buy it away from Guy and Co. Where to begin: the view is glo­rious; the frog-filled infinity pool is the future (no shower before bed when you’re not swimming in che­micals); the made-for-the-movies Nancy Meyers kitchen (two sinks, every gadget you could dream of, a futu­ristic hob that was lite­rally fun to use); geo-ther­mally cooled inside air; big, comfy beds and rain­forest showers; a thoughtful website that com­pletely reflects their thoughtful approach to living and attention to detail. It was also just great meeting Guy who made us dinner when we arrived about 4 hours late because of a flight delay, as well as ans­wered all of my text ques­tions within seconds. When I con­fused our departure date he even invited us to spend the night in his Bar­celona home. Only fault I can find is that their place is so nice I’ve been embar­rassed to show any of the ten million pic­tures I took to friends for fear they will hate us. Thank you Guy and Co — can’t wait to do it all over again next summer.

Our group of adult family and friends enjoyed a glo­rious week at this gor­geous villa, tucked away in the hilltops of Santa Pellaia. The beds were super com­for­table, and the tiled bath­rooms were beau­tiful. The kitchen was large enough for all 8 of us to prepare meals of fresh fish, calamari and prawns from the local markets. (The BBQ was well-app­re­ciated too.) And of course, the main draw for everyone on our hot hot hot August days was the natural lily-fil­tered pool! The house remained cool, due to the water-cooled flo­oring, and large fans. (The annex, with futon, while very private and lovely, didn’t cool off on these hot days.) The mountain bikes, foosball and ping pong tables, and pool gave us plenty to do (when we could rouse our­selves to do any­thing other than relax in the ple­n­tiful loungers and ham­mocks). Guy was very quick to respond to any issues or ques­tions. We highly recommend Villa CP, and hope to return.

Maar als je er eenmaal bent, dan voelt het huis, de tuin en de gast­vri­jheid van de ver­hu­urders gewoon als bij­zonder prettig en aan­genaam. De locatie was voor ons heel fijn; midden in de natuur met alle rust die je je maar kunt wensen, maar toch niet te ver van stad, strand en heel lekkere restau­rantjes.
