The Baltic Sea is capable of anything. Sometimes the blue sky beams with the sun, sometimes the wind and weather rage around the black larch wood façade. The Dünenhaus Dierhagen is located directly on the unspoiled and ever-changing coastline of Fischland with its powder-white beaches and makes a clear statement: black façade, black wooden windows, black zinc roof. With its almost sealed front and asymmetrical gable, it defies the westerly wind, while opening up to the sea and the dunes with numerous panoramic windows of varying sizes.

The centrally placed entrance extends to the upper floor and forms a light connection between all levels. On the ground floor, the cooking, dining and living areas merge seamlessly. From the sociable black kitchen to the long dining table at the window front to the comfortable living room with lounge sofa. Connected in the centre by a fireplace that gives a warm feeling to all sides. In addition to a bedroom on the ground floor, there are two further double bedrooms on the first floor: The panorama room with a double bed and a large dormer window that opens up to the sea and the alcove room with its single beds integrated into the sloping roof, which is also fitted with a desk. A very special highlight is the sauna with an exclusive view of the wind and waves behind the secluded dunes. If you are looking for even more tranquillity and retreat, you can climb one level higher into the attic with a daybed from where to enjoy the unique sea view.

Besides the bathrooms with their large terrazzo tiles and the pleasant oak wood flooring, the furniture too is characterised by natural materials and warm earth tones, dotted with occasional black accents. The large sliding glass elements allow the inside and outside to merge and expand the living space on both levels with generous wooden terraces on the ground floor and a loggia on the upper floor. It feels as if you are sitting in the middle of the dunes or right above them. No matter if the weather is in a good or bad mood.
