I have stayed in these apart­ments several times and it’s always an amazing expe­rience. The tas­teful design, the quiet location, the view of the bay and the harbour combine to make this a place you will want to go back to. Here the world is your oyster (almost lite­rally), you can walk to beaches and several rte­stau­rants and do extended walks along the bay of Aldan, one of the most prized bays in Galicia, and with the warmest water.

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wun­derbare Zeit bedanken, die wir in diesem fan­tas­ti­schen Haus ver­bringen durften. Ich bin selbst Architekt und freue mich immer, wenn ich wirklich gute gebaute Archi­tektur erleben darf – und das Haus ist ein wun­der­bares Bei­spiel dafür. Dabei ist es ein Platz zum Leben und Genießen und nicht nur ein Stil­objekt. Unsere Kinder waren ihrer­seits ganz begeistert vom Pool und von den vielen Eidechsen, die wir beob­achten durften.

Wir waren mit 8 Freunden für 3 Tage im Fusenhof und es war perfekt !! Das Gebäude hat Stil und Flair, ist äußerst lie­bevoll ein­ge­richtet und wun­derbar restau­riert. Die Küche ist nicht nur schön, hell und mit großem Tisch aus­ge­stattet sondern auch kom­plett ein­ge­richtet mit hoch­wer­tigem Inventar !! Eine klare Wei­ter­emp­fehlung an Men­schen, die gerne genießen und die von Anmut und Schönheit beein­druckt sind. Wir sind sicher auch mal wieder da, ich welcher Kon­stel­lation auch immer !! ÜbrigensPreis/Leistung her­vor­ragend !!

Our stay at Lleo 57 was abso­lutely spec­ta­cular! We are a family of seven with five children ranging in age from 11 down to 4, and this home was ever­y­thing we could have ever dreamed of and more.

The house is incre­dibly com­for­table, beau­tifully equipped, and was as com­for­table as being in our own home. Every detail was thought of to ensure a relaxing and stress-free stay. The private pool was a massive high­light and pro­vided endless enter­tainment for the kids, while the layout offered the perfect balance of space and tog­e­therness for a large family.

Location-wise, you cannot beat it. Being within easy, flat walking distance to the his­toric old town center of Pol­lença made exploring, dining out, and grabbing daily essen­tials com­pletely effortless—even with a four-year-old in tow.

To top it all off, Ulrike and Detlef were amazing. They were incre­dibly warm, wel­coming, responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had an unfor­gettable vacation. If you are looking for a flawless, family-fri­endly haven in Pol­lença, look no further than Lleo 57. We cannot recommend it highly enough and hope to return!

We stayed 4 nights at Casa Tessino and it was truly the most won­derful expe­rience. Loved what Peter did with the house, and all the atmo­sphere and morals behind it. The “earned high comfort” concept he embedded it with really gets you con­nected to the site and place. We would most defi­nitely recommend it and will cer­tainly return.

Wir waren für ein ver­län­gertes Fami­li­en­wo­chenende da. In der Location kann man wirklich super abschalten, das Haus/ Grund­stück muss man eigentlich nur zum Ein­kaufen ver­lassen. Die Küche ist super gut aus­ge­stattet, auch der Grill im Garten ist toll. Anne hatte super Tipps für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed in casa da lila first week of sep­tember . Still warm but airco perfect !! Every room is beau­tifully deco­rated , and breathes a tran­quility .. No noise of the neigh­bourhood . The ter­asses are nice to use at dif­ferent moments of the day .

Perfect to visit Faro , Sagres , Portimao and many more beau­tiful vil­lages .

Ever­y­thing super !!

Die Mit­ar­bei­te­rinnen haben auf Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert und waren koope­rativ. Die Lage ist zentral und ent­spre­chend laut. Das Baixa House hat nicht ganz unseren Erwar­tungen ent­sprochen. Ein wenig ent­täuscht waren wir von unserem Bade­zimmer, dass neu gestaltet werden sollte. Der Innenhof ist unschön und die Zimmer zum Innenhof dunkel. Das Früh­stück wurde immer pünklich gebracht, ent­sprach aber nicht einem reich­hal­tigen Früh­stück. Butter und Käse waren karg bemessen und H‑Milch von den Azoren ist nun auch nicht gerade nach unserem Geschmack. Alles in allem ein nettes Haus, das in einigen Details noch ver­bessert werden könnte.

Eigentlich gehören wir nicht zu den Leuten, die häufig Rezen­sionen zu ihren Urlaubs­do­mi­zilen schreiben. Hier machen wir aber eine Aus­nahme, weil das Fran­cocci 7 etwas ganz beson­deres ist. Wir ver­brachten im August 2026 zusammen mit unserer 17-jäh­rigen Tochter zwei Wochen im Appar­tement Trevi. Das Fran­cocci 7 liegt male­risch auf einem Hügel und man hat eine spek­ta­kuläre Rund­um­sicht auf die tolle umbrische Land­schaft. Das Appar­tement ist riesig und wirklich außer­ge­wöhnlich geschmackvoll und auf­wändig ein­ge­richtet. Hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, weder was den Design Anspruch noch den Umfang der Aus­stattung anbe­langt. Die beiden Schlaf­zimmer ver­fügen über Kli­ma­an­lagen, was unseren Auf­enthalt trotz der doch extremen Hitze im August 2026 zu einer abso­luten Erholung machte. Hinzu kommt ein toller Pool mit bequemen Liegen und Son­nen­schirmen, die zum relaxen ein­laden. Für sportlich Ambi­tio­nierte ist das wirklich groß­artig aus­ge­stattete Gym, welches von uns intensiv genutzt wurde, ein wei­teres High­light. Abge­rundet wurde das Ganze durch unsere wirklich netten und hilfs­be­reiten Gast­geber. Wer einen erhol­samen Urlaub an einem archi­tek­to­nisch und gestal­te­risch anspruchs­vollen Ort ver­bringen möchte, der sowohl Refugium, als auch ein guter Start­punkt für Aus­flüge in die Umgebung ist und außerdem viel­leicht ein bisschen Sport treiben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Hier sind wir ganz bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal gewesen.

We slipped into the Les Rochels “bubble” for only two nights, but its charm stays with us. Trying to escape the bubble is almost impos­sible. The secluded location, the fields with the occa­sional dear passing by, the magni­ficent spaces with their cha­rac­te­ristic atmo­sphere created by the owners, the books and the art all around you, the carefully made deli­cious food: it all makes you want to stay in and around the pro­perty and almost tempts you to skip the his­toric and natural Nor­mandy sites to visit. For anyone looking for a genuine reset from (city) life, we couldn’t recommend it more.

We spent two weeks in Capo Zaf­ferano villa and time seemed to have stopped. The view, the envi­ronment in this location were pro­bably exactly the same 50 years ago. You just feel con­nected to the ele­ments through the design of the villa, far away from any crowd. Yet you are just a few km away from Palermo and the highway network which gives a lot of options to dis­cover more.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay. The house is bright and very nicely reno­vated. Also very well equipped to cook, eat inside or outside. Relax on the large sofa or the lounge chairs in the garden. The owners have arranged for us to have e‑bikes for our stay, which was essential being there without a car. Perfect to cycle to the lake, visit Bertolt Brecht house and enjoy a drink in Buckow.

Highly recom­mended for a few days away, in a quiet and green envi­ronment.

Wir durften diesen Sommer eine Woche in diesem wun­der­baren und traum­haften Haus ver­bringen! Wir waren über­wältigt von der Archi­tektur und von den gross­zü­gigen Dimen­sionen dieses Hauses! Die jewei­ligen Innenhöfe strahlen Charme aus und erweitern das Haus. Die Küche ist super aus­ge­stattet mit genügend Geschirr und Pfannen, es fehlt an nichts. Sehr schöne Aus­sen­ter­rasse und ver­schieden Sitz­ge­le­gen­heiten draussen. Trotz enorm heissen Tem­pe­ra­turen blieb es im Haus stets angenehm kühl! Der Pool war ein wei­teres High­light! Diese Aus­sicht, diese Ruhe, dieses top saubere und ange­nehme Wasser, einfach der Hit! Wir können dieses Anwesen wärmstens weiter emp­fehlen, hat alles wun­derbar geklappt auch mit der Buchung und der Übergabe, herz­lichen Dank!

We stayed with our two children in the small adjoining house La Cabaña for a week. Had a won­derful stay, peaceful and beau­tiful right in the nature with lovely sur­roun­dings. Beau­tiful beaches from a walking distance. We also drove 15 min aways to a beach where we were all alone. Can really recommend it.

Ruimte en licht. Dat is de essentie van deze locatie. De slimme indeling van deze aan­ge­paste jaren­ze­s­tigkerk zorgt ervoor dat je hier met een gezin of twee stellen met gemak kan ont­spannen zonder op elkaars lip te zitten. Overdag geniet je van de kleuren die de zon door de glas-in-loodramen naar binnen straalt.

Geen bad, maar verder een func­tionele douche, en twee WC’s. De keuken is smaakvol en geschikt om in te koken. Er is een nieuwe Netto in de buurt, en een heel grote Hit verder weg. De vliering waar het orgel ooit stond heeft een werkplek, een hangplek, en een keur aan boeken over archi­tectuur en design.

Johannes Neun ligt in een stadje met wat wandel- en recrea­tie­mo­ge­l­ijk­heden, maar is ook geschikt voor uit­stapjes verder Sau­erland in, of richting het Ruhr­gebied. Voor mensen die goed ter been zijn (vanwege de heuvels) is het station tien minuutjes lopen. De trein­verb­inding is goed; je bent met een uurtje in Dortmund of Hagen.

De ver­hu­urders zijn attent en zeer behulpzaam! Hier heb je geen anoniem sleu­tel­kastje, maar tref je gewoon de mensen die deze kerk omge­bouwd hebben. Halen en brengen naar het station bij aan­komst en vertrek is ook geen pro­bleem.

Wir haben die Zeit im Black and Bright unglaublich genossen. Dass es tat­sächlich so schön ist wie auf den Bildern, hat uns ziemlich beein­druckt. Alles daran lud zu Durch­atmen und Erholung ein. Nach einer Woche Auf­enthalt lässt sich nicht abschließend ent­scheiden, welches bei uns jeweils unsere Lieb­lings­plätze waren, innen und außen. Der weite Blick wird hof­fentlich noch lange nach­wirken. Tief dankbar haben wir uns ver­ab­schiedet und kommen hof­fentlich nochmal zurück. Ganz herz­lichen Dank an Herrn Janssen!

Manche Orte sind wun­der­schön, aber nur wenige berühren das Herz. Dieser Ort gehört defi­nitiv dazu.

Schon vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns hier unglaublich will­kommen. Diese Gast­freund­schaft sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

Das Haus ist einfach außer­ge­wöhnlich. Es wurde mit so viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Blick fürs Detail restau­riert, dass man die Lei­den­schaft in jedem Raum spürt. Die Aus­stattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die traum­hafte Lage, die atem­be­rau­bende Aus­sicht und die vielen schönen Plätze zum Ent­spannen machen diesen Ort ein­zig­artig. Auch der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies mit seiner pracht­vollen Pflan­zen­vielfalt.

Die Emp­feh­lungen für Aus­flüge und Sehens­wür­dig­keiten sind her­vor­ragend und ermög­lichen es, viele besondere Ecken der Region zu ent­decken.

Es ist selten, eine Feri­en­un­ter­kunft zu finden, die Schönheit, Komfort, Authen­ti­zität und Gast­freund­schaft auf diese Weise vereint. Dieser Urlaub wird noch lange in schönster Erin­nerung bleiben. Danke!

We stayed here for two weeks in July with our son, and for a few days we were also joined by a couple of friends. It was an excep­tio­nally hot period.

Yet the house is so bril­li­antly designed that it remained remar­kably com­for­table throughout our stay. We didn’t use the air­con­di­tioning in the main living area. Instead, we made full use of the home’s many natural ven­ti­lation fea­tures.

A gentle breeze flows through the house 24/7, giving you the feeling of living per­ma­nently under a gazebo. The spa­cious terrace, with its stunning views of the coastline, can remain open all the time.

The con­tem­porary archi­tecture is simply beau­tiful, and every aspect of the house func­tions per­fectly. The way it is inte­grated into the land­scape is exceptional—the terrain seems to glide effort­lessly beneath the structure.

The swimming pool is equally impressive: generous in size (length!) and offering won­derful views over the house.

We tho­roughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the sur­rounding nature, swimming, reading, and sharing great meals. It was a truly memo­rable stay.

We stayed in the Guest Room “Atelier” and loved every moment of our stay.

Eben­rieder is a place where archi­tecture and land­scape come tog­ether effort­lessly. Every space has been carefully designed, from the framed views over the valley and the deep window seat to the covered terrace where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. The wellness area, outdoor kitchen and peaceful garden com­plete the expe­rience without ever dis­tracting from what makes this place so special.

The quality of the mate­rials, the attention to detail and the care with which ever­y­thing is main­tained are excep­tional. Jasmin and Stefan are won­derful hosts, and their thoughtful guide to the region reflects the same care and gene­rosity.

What will stay with us most is the atmo­sphere. The archi­tecture, the land­scape and the tran­quillity invite you to slow down and simply go offline. We have rarely expe­ri­enced archi­tecture that so quietly changes the rhythm of everyday life.

A truly inspiring place that we hope to return to.

Monte Piccolo has truly exceeded our wildest expec­ta­tions. The breakfast ‘menu’ is in itself a unique concept and expe­rience, com­bined with Rob and Lisette’s hos­pi­tality and the excep­tional setting.

During the same trip, we also stayed in archi­tec­tural gems in South Tyrol and Verona, but this was truly ‘in a league of its own’.

A bril­liant base for exploring the Thy region. Recharge House sits just a short stroll from the beach, perfect for morning walks with the dog before the wind picks up (this is Cold Hawaii). Klit­møller itself punches well above its weight for such a small town — a great choice of restau­rants and cafés, and a genuinely warm, wel­coming feel.

The hosts were excellent throughout: attentive, easy­going, and full of good local tips, from the best surf spots to nearby distil­leries and walking trails. The house itself was com­for­table and well-equipped, ideal for our family group.

Would happily return — highly recom­mended for anyone looking to combine coastal Denmark with a relaxed, dog-fri­endly stay.

Defi­nitely the nicest holiday apartment we have ever stayed. We loved the design, the location, the atmo­sphere. My wife is an interier designer. she found it and she loved it too. The reality is even better than the pic­tures.

The three of us had a fan­tastic time at The Baker’s Cottage. Ever­y­thing is perfect. From the contact with the owners to the natural plunge pool and beau­tiful design details in the Cottage. I wanted to spend my bir­thday in May sur­rounded by nature, and Mas Oak was the perfect choice. Away from the city, peaceful and wel­coming, with Raya and her animals making the expe­rience even more special. The house is beau­tifully designed, com­for­table and full of thoughtful details, which made us feel at home right away. We loved the quiet, the sounds of nature, and the feeling of slowing down almost imme­diately. It truly felt healing for us. If you’re craving some quality time in nature, Mas Oak is defi­nitely your place.

Wir waren zum wie­der­holten Male im Lob­locher Hof und hatten dieses mal eine andere Feri­en­wohnung. Auch diese Wohnung zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Wer­tigkeit, hygie­nische Sau­berkeit und geschmack­volle Ein­richtung aus. Wir haben uns sofort auch dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sehr gepflegte Anlage mit ihrer wun­der­schön Bepflanzung lädt zum Ver­weilen ein. Die sehr freund­lichen Gast­geber haben ein tolles Konzept mit viel Herzblut, um einen erhol­samen Urlaub genießen zu können. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Trotz des wech­sel­haften Wetters haben wir eine wun­derbare Woche im Fusenhof ver­bracht. Die gemüt­liche Stube, die große, helle und her­vor­ragend aus­ge­stattete Küche sowie die gastlich ein­ge­rich­teten Zimmer haben uns von Anfang an will­kommen geheißen. Alles wirkte gepflegt, lie­bevoll gestaltet und durch­dacht – man merkt, dass hier Herzblut dahin­ter­steckt.

Besonders begeistert hat uns neben der tollen Archi­tektur, die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur. Auch an Regen­tagen war es eine Freude, einfach am Fenster zu sitzen, den Aus­blick zu genießen und zur Ruhe zu kommen – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Wer Erholung vom Alltag sucht, ist hier gold­richtig.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – am liebsten im Sommer, um auch die Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden. Herz­lichen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

What a beau­tiful and peaceful place is La Tannura! We had an absolute perfect stay to explore Noto and sur­roun­dings, and nearby cities such as Siracusa, Modica, Ragusa, etc. We stayed in the Nido apartment, which is perfect for couples. Cle­verly designed, with indus­trial and archi­tec­tural ele­ments. Host Luigi was super fri­endly and fle­xible, and had some very good tips for exploring nearby attrac­tions and restau­rants. A perfect place to enjoy this part of Sicily!

We had an amazing stay at this incre­dible villa set in one of the most beau­tiful loca­tions we’ve seen. The archi­tecture and inte­riors are abso­lutely stunning.. modern, refined, and per­fectly con­nected with the sur­rounding land­scape and sea views.

We used the space as a location for a pho­to­shoot, and it honestly couldn’t have worked better. The natural light, the atmo­sphere, and every corner of the house created the perfect setting for our project.

A special thank you as well to Giacomo, who was an excep­tional host throughout the entire stay — always kind, available, and attentive to every detail. He made ever­y­thing smooth and easy for us from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a place with cha­racter, privacy, and a truly unique aes­thetic, this villa is defi­nitely a special find.

My partner and I stayed at La Mela­grana for a week in May 2026 and had a deeply res­to­rative and relaxing stay. Our daily routine hardly changed throughout the week and we loved every part of it.

Slow mor­nings spent drinking iced coffee and eating fresh melon on the balcony, over­looking the land­scape towards the sea. Around midday we would move down to the pool terrace, cooling off in the sun before drying out on the loungers. After­noons were spent exploring the east coast of Sicily, before returning to the calm of the house in the evenings.

La Mela­grana is a special place. Com­plete design. Peaceful and beau­tifully con­nected to its sur­roun­dings.

I hope to return soon, and would highly recommend it to anyone who app­re­ciates archi­tecture, atmo­sphere and slow daily rituals.

Haus Her­zog­stand pro­mises impec­cable accom­mo­dation in an idyllic setting, and it cer­tainly delivers. The apart­ments are well appointed, with great attention to detail, and ever­y­thing in its place.

Our visit was brief, but we have already started to plan our return, to expe­rience more of the land­scape, local history and culture. Antje was the perfect host, thoughtful and easy to com­mu­nicate with. Highly recom­mended!

GuestHouse50 felt like a true sanc­tuary during our three-week stay in Luxem­bourg City. From the very first moment, it felt like a home away from home. You can imme­diately feel the warmth, the cha­racter, and the history of the place, all beau­tifully com­bined with excellent amen­ities.

The kitchen was fully func­tional and well-equipped, the co-living area was beau­tiful and inviting, and having access to the sauna, yoga room, and private parking made the stay even more special, espe­cially since parking is truly hard to find in Luxem­bourg City. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the city center and nearby parks, which made daily life both con­ve­nient and peaceful.

Claudine herself was such a gra­cious and thoughtful host, always warm and wel­coming, which made all the dif­fe­rence. All in all, we are incre­dibly thankful for our time here and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. Thank you, Claudine, for your won­derful hos­pi­tality.

Our stay at Kap a Kritas was nothing less than fan­tastic.

Oliver and Michael’s home is a special place, located in an extra­or­dinary way on top of a remote hill. The view is out­standing, and the house is decked out with top of the art equipment and amen­ities.

Highly recom­mended!

Nous avons passé une semaine au Magazinù et hon­nêtement, nous avons adoré. La maison est vraiment belle, avec une déco soignée sans être trop “figée”, on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.

Le vrai plus pour nous, c’est le calme. C’est exac­tement ce qu’on cher­chait : du silence, de l’espace et la sen­sation d’être un peu hors du temps. Et en même temps, les plages sont faci­lement acces­sibles et abso­lument magni­fiques, avec une eau incroyable.

On a surtout profité en famille, entre les repas dehors, les moments de détente et les journées plage. C’est le genre d’endroit où tout devient simple et agréable.

On est repartis reposés, avec de très beaux sou­venirs. Clai­rement une adresse qu’on recom­mande et où on revi­endra avec plaisir.

Einer der schönsten Orte für uns! Ein Traumhaus, in bester Lage mit einem gross­ar­tigen Aus­blick auf einen wun­der­vollen Ort — was will man mehr! Bereits zum dritten Mal ver­brachten wir dort unsere Febru­ar­ferien als Familie mit samt Gross­mutter. Die Küche lädt zum kochen und der darin ste­hende kleine Bau­ern­tisch, zum Kar­ten­spiel und zum ver­weilen ein. Durch und durch geschmackvoll ein­ge­rich­tetes Haus, in dem man sich einfach wohl fühlt und zur Ruhe kommt. Das Dorf Vals hat sich, im Gegensatz zu vielen Schweizer Dörfern, seinen Charme und seine Authen­ti­zität erhalten und vom Balkon des Chalets blickt man auf den Dorf­platz, der an son­nigen Nach­mit­tagen — winters wie sommers — zum Ape­ritif einlädt. Wenn man über­haupt das Haus ver­lassen möchte 😉

Ps. Das Ski­gebiet ist mein Sport­high­light, da es nur aus Zieh­liften bestehend wun­derbar ent­schleunigt.

Meine Tochter und ich haben in Lis­sabon einen Mutter-Tochter-Tripp gemacht und Baixa House wurde zu unserem Zuhause, wenn wir am Abend hun­demüde und mit schmer­zenden Füßen die Ruhe suchten. Die Räume sind zau­berhaft ein­ge­richtet und das Team ist hin­reißend. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren mit der Familie in Lis­sabon und hatten gleich drei Appart­ments gemietet. Die Unter­kunft ist sehr zentral, gut aus­ge­stattet und bietet einen guten Aus­gangs­punkt für die Erkundung der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir die Ostertage im Chalet Ariasana ver­bracht. Hier stimmt wirklich alles: die Lage leicht oberhalb des Dorfes mit schöner Aus­sicht auf den his­to­ri­schen Dorfkern, die sorg­fältige Gestaltung sowie per­fekte hand­werk­liche Umsetzung der Räume, das stimmige Farb­konzept, die aus­ge­suchten Möbel­stücke und Bilder — es resul­tiert ein Gesamt­kunstwerk, welches unsere höchste Aner­kennung ver­dient. Zudem sind die Gast­geber aus­ser­or­dentlich freundlich und unkom­pli­ziert.

Casa Tessino is a place of rare and quiet distinction. The owners are warm and wel­coming, and the beau­tifully pre­served 16th-century house is full of cha­racter, authen­ticity, and prac­tical. The staff and locals are equally fri­endly, creating a relaxed, genuine atmo­sphere. Sur­rounded by nature and culture, it is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy this part of Germany.

A truly beau­tiful pro­perty with breath­taking views, thoughtful design, and out­standing service. I stayed here with family and friends, and we all had a fan­tastic and memo­rable stay. We would love to come back!

We (family of four with two kids aged 13 and 10) stayed at Chasa Tuoretta for a week in summer 2025. We had a ter­rific time, and tho­roughly enjoyed both the flat and the area. Ardez is of course a picture perfect Swiss village with a con­ve­nient Volg grocery store and a lovely local bakery. Scuol is equally won­derful and our trips there included river rafting and the thermal bath. A third high­light was the spec­ta­cular Swiss national park. A perfect holiday in many ways! Even makes you want to learn some Romansh — the Val­lader variety of course…

I also asked the kids to write what they thought:

A very com­for­table place, out of wood, it felt like a warm, wel­coming chalet. Two large bed­rooms and two bath­rooms, perfect for a family holiday throughout the whole year. It had also a nice view over­looking the cute little town where you could even hike up a hill to visit some ruins and from the flat it wasn’t even a long walk !

Wir hatten eine fan­tas­tische Zeit mit unserer Familie in der Brü­cken­villa. Es war unser zweiter Besuch und wieder einmal war es wie im Märchen. Wir sind von der Brücke direkt auf den Weih­nachts­markt gegangen – einfach herrlich! Die Villa ist blitz­sauber und es ist an nichts gespart. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Mon­schau für immer!

Wir hatten eine wun­derbare Woche im fan­tas­ti­schen Granite House. Gerade weil das Wetter Mitte Dezember nicht so toll war, hatten wir es super Cozy und warm, haben das Kamin Feuer ein­ge­heizt und dieses perfekt aus­ge­stattete Haus besonders genossen. Jeden Tag gab es frisch vom Baum aus den Garten Orangen, Man­da­rinen, Khaki….und alle Kräuter zum selber kochen aus dem Garten. Eine unver­gess­liche Zeit in einer wun­der­baren Natur bei beson­deren Gast­gebern!! Wir kommen wieder und werden es sehr gerne weiter emp­fehlen!!

Unsere Woche im November 2025 im The Frame House war wie ein Kurz­urlaub in einem perfekt durch­dachten Traumhaus — viel zu kurz, um all die Ein­drücke zu genießen. Vom ersten Moment an spürt man die Liebe zum Detail und die außer­ge­wöhn­liche Qua­lität in jedem Element des Hauses. Die großen Glas­fronten öffnen den Blick auf Dünen, See und Himmel und lassen die Natur förmlich ins Wohn­zimmer fließen. Jeder Raum ist hell, klar struk­tu­riert und zugleich so warm und ein­ladend, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Besonders die Aus­stattung hat uns über­wältigt: Fuß­bo­den­heizung, Sauna, Möbel-Klas­siker und hoch­wertige Mate­rialien, alles ist durch­dacht und makellos ver­ar­beitet — aber eben auch nicht “über-designed”. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich pudelwohl, genoss die Freiheit und die Nähe zur Natur. Das Zusam­men­spiel von Archi­tektur, Design und Umgebung schafft eine ein­malige Atmo­sphäre, die Ruhe, Komfort und Schönheit perfekt vereint. Wir hätten jede Minute ver­längern wollen, denn dieses Haus zieht einen sofort in seinen Bann. Wer hier­her­kommt, erlebt nicht einfach einen Urlaub, sondern ein kleines Stück Archi­tektur- und Natur­pa­radies, das man nie ver­gisst.

This was the best holiday for my eyes ever! Finally the eyes of the architect could rest. Very well done details, built in fur­ni­tures, great sel­ection of lamps and antiques. I honestly loved ever­y­thing about it. Great design, deli­cious food, beau­tiful hikes. I would love to go back with all my architect friends.

We spent a peaceful week during the quieter month of October and abso­lutely fell in love with the house and sur­rounding beaches. The house is beau­tifully appointed, with thoughtfully curated fur­nis­hings and artwork. We loved the layout, the large deck and the pool in the roof. Our check in was seamless, and we enjoyed the per­sonal touch of being shown around by the owners. The kitchen was splendid, with ever­y­thing we needed (and more). Beau­tiful towels, linen and even a mid-week cleaner to freshen things up. It was hard to leave at the end of the week! Thank you Andre for the perfect stay.

En arrivant sur le mont Gerbino, on découvre le CAPO ZAFERANO, magique mon­tagne qui émerge de l’eau pour fermer le golfe de Palerme.

Entrer dans la maison par cette pas­se­relle qui a tout d’un bateau. C’est un moment rare.

C’est la pre­mière vue sur ce paradis sur terre, baigné de nature face à la mer et sous la pro­tection du CAP

Tout est mer­veilleux dans cette maison, la ter­rasse qui est tou­jours à l’ombre, permet de déjeuner et dîner face à la mer, celle du dessous qui est tou­jours ensol­eillé permet de se réchauffer au rayon du soleil. L’intérieur est meublé avec une élé­gance authen­tique, des œuvres qui restent dans la mémoire et un confort idéal.

Des­cendre se baigner dans la crique privée est une pro­menade de charme au travers de la végé­tation.

La Roche est tra­vaillée pour accu­eillir un far­niente inou­bliable.

Entrer dans l’eau et le plus simple des bon­heurs.

Une fois qu’on est à la villa, on a plus envie de bouger, on se sent arrivé quelque part, quelque part propre à l’arrêt, à la con­tem­plation au plaisir et au charme.

Chacune des quatre chambres doubles à son caractère et permet de s’isoler. S’endormir au son de l’eau est un rêve.

Tout est cohérent et évident dans cette maison, sa forme, sa structure, ses espaces son rapport à la mer à la terre et au CAPO ZAFERRANO.

C’est une maison dans laquelle on entre, qu’on tra­verse que l’on con­tourne qu’on gravi qu’on domine, qui nous protège et nous accu­eille, une maison qui s’offre à chaque coin d’une vue d’un banc d’une ter­rasse.

Son archi­tecture est évi­dente, offert a la vie ouverte à la mer, baignée de nature, pro­fon­dément ancrée dans son lieu. Elle a été con­struite pour vivre en har­monie avec son envi­ron­nement par Armando, le père de Giacomo.

Giacomo est l’artisan d’un séjour inou­bliable par sa gen­til­lesse, ses con­seils son écoute, l’amour qu’il porte à cette maison, lui même Archi­tecte talen­tueux à lui seul les mots qui con­vi­ennent pour décrire ce lieu. Et sa trans­mission pour un séjour est un véri­table cadeau du cœur.

C’est une maison pour vivre.

Nous sommes venus passer des étés mer­veilleux, chaque arrivée repré­sente un moment de joie intense, le temps s’arrête pour devenir plaisir con­tem­plation et calme. Chaque départ fait la pro­messe d’un retour, et ce depuis de nombreuses années. Giacomo est devenu un ami de cœur, sa maison un refuge pré­cieux et la pro­messe d’un bonheur à retrouver…

I’m not sure how to express how much we abso­lutely loved the expe­rience we had staying at the Capo Zaf­ferano Villa but it was truly won­derful and peaceful. The view was the entire reason for booking this pro­perty and it defi­nitely did not dis­ap­point. Stunning!! If we did nothing else on holiday, it was to soak in the view…everyday. Giacomo was the best host, so kind and so intent that our stay was perfect. I know we will be back…I can’t imagine going back to Sicily and not staying at this villa.
