Authentic southern Italian way of life in the historic heart of the Apulian town of Galàtone: The apartment Principe Amedeo is located on the first floor of the Palazzo Nobile, an extension to the small church of San Giovanni Battista from the 17th century. The staircase and the apartment have been carefully renovated while maintaining the historical substance. With antique railing, murals, old tiles and the original doors Principe Amedeo has lots of historical flair. Also, the 6.5-meter-high “volta a stella” (a traditional star-shaped ceiling) in the bedroom, dining room and living room contributes a lot to the unique ambience of the apartment. In addition to the bedroom there is a further bed on the mezzanine, thus Principe Amedeo offers space for up to four people. The apartment has two balconies and as a special highlight a 70 square meter roof terrace (with summer kitchen) on the second floor. From here you enjoy a beautiful view of the old town and four churches.
