LLEÓ57 is a listed former mansion two minutes from the marketplace of the small town of Pollenca in the north of Majorca. The house from 1850 has been transformed into a year-round usable holiday home – cool in summer and cozy in winter. As far as possible the original structure has been preserved in its rusticity and has been complemented by modern elements. Quaint stone walls and old ceiling beams meet straight-lined built-in furniture and a modern staircase structure of glass, steel and wood.
On generous 390 square meters, which are distributed over three floors and an outbuilding, there is plenty of space. The house is rented for a maximum of 7 persons. The house features several living and dining rooms, a reading and study room, a music room, two kitchens, four double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The large, modern designed courtyard with cypress, citrus and olive trees has a large saltwater pool and a covered barbecue area. In addtion there are further terraces and outdoor sunbathing areas on the upper floors.
