LLEÓ57 is a listed former mansion two minutes from the marketplace of the small town of Pollenca in the north of Majorca. The house from 1850 has been transformed into a year-round usable holiday home – cool in summer and cozy in winter. As far as possible the original structure has been preserved in its rusticity and has been complemented by modern elements. Quaint stone walls and old ceiling beams meet straight-lined built-in furniture and a modern staircase structure of glass, steel and wood.
On generous 390 sqm, spread over three floors and annexe, there is space for up to 12 people. The house features are several living and dining rooms, two kitchens, four double bedrooms (additional sleeping facilities in the reading room and attic studio) and four bathrooms. The large courtyard has a modern design and features a saltwater swimming pool and a covered barbecue area. In addition there are balconies on the upper floors.
