Villa Gran Atlantico looks like a butterfly that has landed on the steep slope near the west coast of La Palma. Its overhanging roof offers a cool retreat from the intense sun. The building has two levels connected by an external staircase: the panoramic floor and the ground floor whose outer walls are overlaid with natural stone. Both units are 100 sqm in size. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts blur the transitions between house and nature. The furnishing of the living area is as informal as exclusvie – design classics, velvety concrete floors, wooden sliding doors and subtle built-in-units set the ambience.
Depending on your requirements you can book just one floor or the entire house. Either way, the house is rented exclusively only, so that you can enjoy silence and privacy. You have the 7000 sqm large property all to yourself: several terraces, the beautiful pool and plenty of vantage points for spectacular sunsets.

The villa has a lot to offer – for connoisseurs, explorers, sportsmen and people who like to relax. Situated in a secluded, idyllic location, Villa Gran Atlantico is also within easy reach of the highlights of the area. Puntagorda is considered one of the most beautiful and best-developed hiking regions of the island. Walks with magnificent Atlantic panoramas start from just outside the front door. Boat trips depart from the neighboring Puerto de Tazacorte (including whale watching on the Atlantic or trips along the spectacular coastline). A snorkeling trip takes you to unspoiled bays. Wellness spas can be found in the immediate neighborhood (e.g. Ayurveda massages, yoga). On request, a private chef and wine tasting can be organized. And for a lively urban atmosphere visit Santa Cruz de la Palma, the capital of the island, or Los Llanos.

Unsere Familie hat es sehr genossen eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbringen zu dürfen. Traumhafte Lage nicht nur tagsüber mit Blick aufs Meer und etwas Glück — wir hatten es — Walen und Delfinen in der Bucht. Auch oder gerade nachts ein Traum mit offenen Augen in den Sternenhimmel gucken und das im Bett liegend. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind exquisit und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Kinder haben vor allem den Pool geliebt und wir den Ausblick von den vielen verschiedenen Ebenen und Sitzecken.
Dieses spektakulär schöne Haus ist ein ganz außergewöhnlicher Ort um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und der Natur sehr nah zu sein.
Die Lage unterhalb von Puntagorda ist wunderbar ruhig und man kann direkt vom Haus in die ersten Wanderwege einsteigen.
Die edle Ausstattung harmoniert perfekt mit der gelungenen Architektur und es macht große Freude, in diesem tollen Haus zu wohnen!
das haus ist wahnsinn !!! und der blick auf das meer und die von den passatwinden vorbeigetriebenen wolken ist ebenfalls wahnsinn, der nächtliche sternenhimmel ebenfalls .…
das haus bietet an ausstattung alles, was man sich wünscht (von waschmaschine über wok bis wlan …). bis puntagorda sind es ca 2 km. das haus besteht aus 2 eigenständigen wohneinheiten, es kann die obere hauptwohnung gemietet werden, und auf wunsch zusätzlich die untere wohnung. zusammen ist platz für 8 personen.
direkt am haus geht einer der vielen wanderwege von la palma vorbei. und ab und zu kommt ein wanderer vorbei und fragt zaghaft, ob dies das “grandiose haus von urlaubsarchitektur” ist …
