Black on the outside, bright on the inside: The holiday home black+bright on the Danish island of Møn plays skilfully with contrasts. The black wooden façade conceals bright and warmly designed interiors. A place with a relaxed ambience, clear perspectives and purist forms that offers its visitors a generous retreat for any form of relaxation. The large window fronts allow sweeping views of the countryside, as if you were a part of it. Just as everything in this house seems to flow naturally into one another. From the soaped wooden floorboards to the Scandinavian design classic to the large, partly covered terrace that surrounds the house. On the terrace you also find the familiar play of light and dark colours. No matter whether you are here with the whole family, best friends or just the two of you. Only 350 m from Råbylille beach and the sea, the elongated house rests amidst wild meadows and pastures – and above all in itself.
The centre of the house is the open-plan living room for gathering and simply being there, with cooking island, adjoining dining area and the sitting area by the fireplace. Wherever you are reading, preparing food or chatting, the view outside is always guaranteed. The bedrooms and bathrooms adjoin on both sides of the living area: two bedrooms and a shower room on one side, the master bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and the sauna on the other. While you are waking up or warming up, your gaze constantly wanders outdoors. As an additional “highlight”, a staircase leads up from the living room to a small gallery, whose skylight allows for hours of sunshine as well as stargazing.

What to do
Swimming, hiking and walking on endless lonely beaches, cycling tours, golf, water sports and fishing. Excursions to: Møns Klint (white chalk cliffs like those on Rügen); Bronze Age burial mounds; medieval churches with limestone paintings, Stege, the historic island capital with its medieval townscape and thatched castle in the romantic Liselund Park, the small neighbouring island Nyord with its important bird sanctuary and idyllic car-free village. Copenhagen is an hour and a half's drive away.
