“Bleibe” at the foot of the Hörnle peak in Bad Kohlgrub, Upper Bavaria, is a holiday apartment in an extraordinary modern house constructed of fairfaced concrete, glass and timber, with a roof that seems to float. The apartment extends from the ground floor to the souterrain, which is flooded with light thanks to the building‘s hillside location. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining table and a lounge area. There is no television, but you can enjoy the far-reaching views instead: a large, panoramic window offers the most beautiful views of the Alpine meadows and mountains. You can also enjoy the view from the terrace deck. There are three further small bedrooms, as well as a bathroom, in the souterrain. Two of the bedrooms are inspired by the alcoves in old farmhouses and are designed as bunks with 1.40 meter wide beds, the third bedroom has two single beds.
