Casa delle Marche is an old country house set in the hills of Le Marche on the Adriatic coast of Italy. As traditional as it may appear from the outside, step inside and you will be surprised by its modern and minimalistic interiors. Though the design has a very contemporary feel, traces of the past remain visible. Smooth white surfaces meet rough unpaved walls, and modern design is combined with antiques. The table top on the metal frame is made of old wooden planks, while a wash basin is mounted on a rustic wooden shelf. Natural colors and restrained furnishings create an open, airy atmosphere. The rooms are interconnected: beyond the living room with a fireplace you enter first the dining room and then the modern kitchen, complete with a large cooking island. There are four bedrooms for up to 10 people. It boasts a generous living space of 320 sq m, as well as a spacious garden of 1.3 hectares with a pool, barbecue and pizza oven.
What to do
Excursions to the surrounding villages and to the sea. (Fano with one of the most beautiful Adriatic beaches is 23 km away).
