Dahoam Chalet

In a sunny location above the village of Scena, the Dahoam Chalet opens with large windows to the Merano valley. The building made of untreated larch is a modern interpretation of the typical local stables. It has been constructed in an energy efficient and sustainable way upon the basement of a house from the 1960s. Each of the two floors comprises a 95 sqm large chalet with 54 sqm of living space and a 41 sqm terrace. The apartments are set apart by their panoramic views of Meran, as well as their use of natural materials, including parquet flooring and furniture of oak. The fireplace and Finnish sauna offer cosiness and relaxation especially on cold days.
