Lakeside idyll: This mansion built in the late 19th century sits in a prominent position overlooking lake Röddelin and shows – freshly renovated – all the beauty of classical mansion architecture. The property – surrounded by extensive gardens including an alley, forest and terraces – is a holiday home for 10 people. It can also be used as a venue for conferences and workshops.
In 320 sqm of living space you will find elegantly decorated historical rooms in which antique furniture is combined with modern elements. Whether in the living room with a winter garden or in one of the five individually designed double rooms: the house offers many places where you can enjoy the classical ambience. And the lake is always in view.
The Dutch landscape architects Jan van der Horst and Marjanka Rijk have added modern interpretations and symmetrical references to the classic elements of the garden. From a large lawn eight metres below the house you have direct access to the lake shore.

wir denken so oft an die herrlichen 2 Wochen in eurem wunderschönen Haus. Ihr hattet ja anfangs die Sorge, es könnte uns und vorallem den Jungs langweilig werden. Es gibt hier jedoch so viel zu entdecken und wir haben die Ruhe und Muse genossen.
Weil das Wetter nicht so gut war, konnten wir das Haus umso mehr genießen. Wir Neun haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der tolle Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer hat uns für die manchmal wetterbdingte fehlende Möglichkeit im Garten zu sitzen entschädigt.
In Ruhe im Wintergarten ein Buch lesen: ein Genuss!
Einfach traumhaft! Wir haben wunderschöne Tage im Herrenhaus verbracht und vermissen diesen Ort schon jetzt!
Ein Traum von einem Ferienhaus! Das Haus ist wunderschön saniert und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles was man brauchen könnte und vieles mehr.
Die Terasse, der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum See machen das Haus noch besonderer.
