The narrow town house from the 50s originally housed a shop for electronic appliances as well as a music store and later a pharmacy. Now the building has been spruced up and houses five furnished apartments/studios and a seminar room. The bright rooms have modern furnishings; unique pieces from the 50s (matching to the age of the house) create individual charm. The house is quietly located in the pedestrian zone of Simmern and has a rooftop terrace with views of the countryside, Schinderhannes Tower and to the Stephanskirche.
