Villa Alvarium

Villa Alvarium – located in a panoramic position on a sunny slope above Merano in South Tyrol – offers the most beautiful views of nature. This modernist style building features an apartment for 6 people on the garden level and a smaller apartment for 4 persons above. The living rooms of both apartments are fully glazed on two sides – blurring the boundaries between inside and out. The large glass surfaces have been framed with floors of walnut parquet and ceilings of exposed concrete. On the large sun terraces you can enjoy the mild climate and the panoramic views of the Meran valley – in the upper apartment even from the jacuzzi.

Hiking, playing golf in Lana (10 km) or in Passeier (15 km), visit towns of Merano and Bolzano. The most beautiful botanic garden in Italy (5 km). Spa in Merano, summer music festival in Merano and a wine festival in late autumn.
