With lovely views over the rooftops of Paris, this attic apartment for four people is located on the sixth floor of an apartment block on one of Hausmann’s boulevards. The old attic, which originally served as the servants’ quarters, has been converted into a modern, 70 square meter apartment.

The centre of the apartment is the large lounge with an open-plan kitchen. The interior decoration is plain and clear: the kitchen unit is equipped with a granite worktop, the furniture and floors are made of wood, from the generous sofa guests have a direct connection to the sky. The floor-to-ceiling windows which mirror the structure of the old galvanized-iron roof, flood the apartment with light and give a view over the rooftops of Paris, onto the boulevard and the park opposite. Whether from the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, from the bedroom located on the quieter side street, or even from the bathtub and shower: the view is omnipresent. If you prefer the whole panorama, just climb up to the roof terrace and enjoy the 360 degree view of the monuments of Paris. And while you’re there, you could even pick a few herbs for dinner.
