Interior designer Anke Scheideler has combined modern architecture with original materials to create rooms that reflect the light and atmosphere of the island with both luxury and subtlety. This cubistic villa offers on two floors with 180 square meters of living space a lot of space for a holiday with family or friends. With the open plan living area with kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one en suite) as well as a study, there is room for communal activities, but also sufficient retreat possibilities. Furthermore there are spacious outdoor areas. On the living level there is a two-sided terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The special highlight is the roof terrace with several levels, a pool with wooden deck and pergola as well as a lounge area.

Wir waren im August 2016 mit unseren drei Kindern zwei Wochen im Casa al Mar und total begeistert. Uns ist die Architektur und die Ausstattung gerade in den Details sehr wichtig , zumal meine Frau Architektin ist. So waren wir gespannt, ob das Haus auch unsere Erwartungen nach den Fotos im Internet erfüllt und es war wirklich noch schöner. Ein wirklich perfektes Haus mit wunderschöner Lage und garantiertem Sonnenuntergang bei schönem Wetter. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Das Team vom Casa al Mar hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir werden dieses Haus allen Freunden weiterempfehlen.
Even on an island as enchanting as Majorca, there are few towns as charming as the Port de Soller. This gorgeous house perched on the mountainside takes full advantage of the incredible view with a great terrace and huge windows. Elegant, bright rooms, with tasteful aesthetic features make a day at “home” very enticing. But a five minute walk down the mountain brings you to the harbour, for some time at the beach or perhaps to the market for a coffee. I recommend going in late spring when at night, after you manage to tear your eyes away from the view, you can go to sleep breathing in the scent of jasmine and orange blossoms blooming outside your window. This house was just fantastic!
