A house just like the landscape on which it was built: The resort Aradira located in Kappl in Austria displays modern alpine architecture. The name Aradira means farmland and reveals its connection with Tyrolean tradition. Local materials were used in its construction, but in a modern interpretation. Wood and slate, large areas of glass and cubic forms are the essential elements in this mountain living experience.
The stair-shaped building nestled on the slope comprises four flats. Each of them extends over two levels with the bedrooms on the entrance level and the living space with tiled stove upstairs. Two units have an additional bedroom that is accessible from the roof terrace. The furnishings are simple and reduced. Felt is used as a common design feature, each apartment being decorated in a different colour. The main focus, however, is on the fantastic view of the majestic mountains of the Silvretta. A sauna and wellness area with a view of the mountains and the village centre is available to all guests..

What to do
In summer Aradira is the ideal starting point for mountain bike tours, mountain hiking, climbing and other activities. In winter: winter sports in the Kappl and Ischgl ski resorts. The ski bus stops directly in front of the house. 6 km long toboggan run in Kappl. Numerous cross-country ski trails in Kappl, Ischgl and Galltür.
