“Das Refugium” is a 300 sqm villa on Lake Neusiedl in Austria. Linear architecture, quality materials and simple, minimalist furniture are the defining features of this house. On the ground floor there are two living rooms, a large kitchen with a dining area, a library and a bar area. The interconnecting rooms are arranged around a large wooden deck with a pool. As well as a bedroom on the ground floor there are two bedrooms on the first floor – all with a view of the lake!
