Ferienhaus Dorf is located in the centre of the ski and mountaineering village of Neustift in the Stubaital valley of Tyrol, Austria. From the outside, this modern timber building looks like a semi-detached house – in fact it is one large house that was built in a split-level construction with two gables. Across 260 square metres Haus Dorf offers space for up to 18 people. There are five double rooms, of which all bar one have additional bunk beds and can accommodate four guests each. Each bedroom also features an en suite bathroom.
In addition to these individual retreats, the house has plenty of space for communal activities. On the top floor, spread over two levels, there is a large cooking and dining area with a fireplace and a lounge corner. There is also another common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, television, climbing wall and wall bars for children. On the spacious terraces as well as in the garden there is plenty of space to eat outside, enjoy barbecues together or sunbathe.
