Friedrich and Franz are at home in the Friedrich-Franz-Street which is located in the his­toric core of the Baltic Sea resort War­ne­münde. In 2011 the last gap in the row of houses was closed by the resi­dential ensemble “Duett”: Two white houses, similar, but not iden­tical, separate, yet con­nected, one gable fronted, the other eaves fronted. On the ground floor of the building to the right you find the apart­ments Friedrich and Franz. Their interior matches the appearance of the house: bright white with wood accent and rec­ti­linear forms. Design classics and lovingly chosen access­ories provide that certain some­thing. The mini­malist inte­riors lack for nothing and yet manage to stay both airy and compact.

In the whiskey store next door you can taste hard liquor; and the “Alter Strom” – the shopping street with cap­tains’ houses, boats and barges – as well as the seaside are only a few minutes away.

What to do

The boulevard on the Old River with shops, restaurants and cafes and the beach can be reached in a few minutes. Warnemünde is a good starting point for excursions in the area and to the other seaside resorts.

Two modern apartments in a simple-beautiful design located: small and neat with an air of Japan. Their location in the historic core of Warnemünde is ideal to combine city and beach vacation.
