Apartment Friedrich und Franz

Friedrich and Franz are at home in the Friedrich-Franz-Street which is located in the historic core of the Baltic Sea resort Warnemünde. In 2011 the last gap in the row of houses was closed by the residential ensemble “Duett”: Two white houses, similar, but not identical, separate, yet connected, one gable fronted, the other eaves fronted. On the ground floor of the building to the right you find the apartments Friedrich and Franz. Their interior matches the appearance of the house: bright white with wood accent and rectilinear forms. Design classics and lovingly chosen accessories provide that certain something. The minimalist interiors lack for nothing and yet manage to stay both airy and compact.

In the whiskey store next door you can taste hard liquor; and the “Alter Strom” – the shopping street with captains’ houses, boats and barges – as well as the seaside are only a few minutes away.

What to do

The boulevard on the Old River with shops, restaurants and cafes and the beach can be reached in a few minutes. Warnemünde is a good starting point for excursions in the area and to the other seaside resorts.

Two modern apartments in a simple-beautiful design located: small and neat with an air of Japan. Their location in the historic core of Warnemünde is ideal to combine city and beach vacation.
