HeideLoft

In the neighbourhood the HeideLoft is known as “The Glass House”. And for a good reason: the exterior shell of the house is made entirely of glass. Even the few closed surfaces are covered with back painted glass. Translucent as it is, the house fits well into the landscape. It barely affects nature since it rests on steel supports and only touches the ground on one side – on the other it hovers almost two meters above the ground. The extended building is oriented along the river: Each room offers views of the tranquil Aller and has access to the 50 sqm large terrace. Thus, inside and outside merge into one, and looking out of the windows you can watch the most beautiful nature documentary in wide screen format.
