The German garden designer, photographer and columnist Rainer Elstermann has just published his new book Gardens of Now. Based on realised and planned projects, he shows beguiling contemporary gardens, accompanied by cultural-scientific-philosophical essays as well as photographic works created by him on botany and plant culture of the 21st century.

You can find his recommendations for holiday home owners regarding design, nature and species conservation in holiday home gardens in the interview we conducted with him in spring 2022.
