Open architecture, modern interior, cosy and yet unobtrusive – this is the “Seahouse”, surrounded by trees on a plot of 800 sq m, just 40 steps away from the beach. The Seahouse has been ecologically designed and constructed, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It boasts multiple views across the sea: from the terrace as from the gallery upstairs. The coastal resort of Lubmin, the “pearl on the Greifswalder Bodden”, has a population of 2,000 and is situated between the University town of Greifswald and Wolgast, the gateway to the island of Usedom. On a clear day, the view stretches out to the island of Rügen!
