The Sylt Lofts are situated in a quiet street in the center of Westerland: the shopping street Friedrichstrasse is just around the corner and the beach is 400 meters away. The seven apartments are located in the historic house Boy and in a new building in the rear garden. Both houses form an ensemble: With its brick facade and gabled roof the new building adapts to the historic building, while facade elements from concrete and wood add a modern look. The old building has been extended with a wooden cube, thus taking reference to the wooden façade details of its new neighbour.
The apartments for two to six people all have a pared-back Scandinavian style and are equipped with modern technology. They have a terrace or balcony and some of them feature also a fireplace and a sauna. Their names (e.g. sundeck, globetrotter or horizon) recall the captain who built the house.
What to do
Surfing, swimming, hiking, shopping, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity.
