Holiday home Villa Rasilla

Twice as good: Villa Rasilla is a luxu­rious holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired and is excep­tio­nally fle­xible. Since a com­plete reno­vation in 2022 and a cubic con­crete extension, two units have been created that can be rented sepa­rately or as a whole.

The special high­light here is the fle­xible allo­cation of the bed­rooms, each with its own bathroom. As such, indi­vidual areas of the house can be booked with 1 to 6 bed­rooms each – or as a whole house for a total of 14 people. The main house Rasilla I extends over four floors with a large living-dining area, optio­nally up to six bed­rooms, a large sun terrace and a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infra-red cabin and rela­xation room with a view all the way to the mountain peaks. The Rasilla II annex is on two floors. Here too there is a large living-dining area, a south-facing sun terrace, a sauna with rela­xation room and a choice of 1, 2 or 3 bed­rooms.

Spa­cious rooms, spec­ta­cular views, two saunas with rela­xation rooms and mountain pan­orama ­– Villa Rasilla offers modern living with the highest level of comfort. Quietly located on the out­skirts of Serfaus, yet only a few minutes’ walk from the hustle and bustle of the village centre.

What to do

Serfaus belongs to the “Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis” ski area with many kilometres of slopes, cross-country ski runs, toboggan runs, fun parks and other attractions. Hiking and biking trails directly from the house, public pool within walking distance. Culture: Innsbrucker Festwochen (1 hour by car), Lake Festival in Bregenz (1.5 hours by car)

Philipp and Johanna Schwarz have built their Villa Rasilla the way they like to spend their holidays – with enough space for family and friends, for cooking together, sauna sessions after cold skiing days and for cosy evenings in the company of our loved ones. Born in Serfaus, he and his wife implement their ideas of modern architecture and thus set a counterpoint to the traditional building style. The Villa Rasilla is their second holiday house in Serfaus, next to the Arche (“Ark”).
