The Wälder Vakanz holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a family home in the village of Krumbach in Austria’s Bregenzerwald. Your own separate entrance is accessed via a staircase that leads down from the parking lot. Facing south-west, this 70 sq m apartment is flooded with plenty of light throughout the day. At its centre you will find the combined living, dining and cooking area, which is flanked by two bedrooms. Its custom-built fittings as well as the floors, doors and windows are made from locally sourced wood. Sleek and linear designer furniture in combination with a muted color palette create a timeless and elegant ambience. The bedroom’s antique wardrobe and the wooden bench outside the front door add a rustic touch. The apartment has a large covered terrace with a view across the idyllic, hilly landscape of Vorarlberg.
