BAIX DE S’ERA is a stylish place for a holiday in Mallorca away from mass tourism. The owners actually wanted to build a bungalow, but due to the building regulations this was not possible. The three-part complex with pitched roof, that the architect has planned instead, is modern, but still adapts to the traditional architecture. Also, the name refers to traditions: The house is situated below (baix) the former treshing floor (era). The finca with approximately 230 sqm of living space – divided into a living, bedroom and utility wing – can accommodate up to eight people. All rooms have floor to ceiling windows offering views into the large garden with mature trees and to the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana. The house has a 4 x 10 meter pool and a spacious terrace.
