Haus am Kellersee

Haus am Kellersee is a Wilhelminian-style villa situated directly on the shore of the second-largest lake in Holstein Switzerland. Situated on the edge of a forest between Eutin and the spa town of Malente, the villa from 1910 has been extensively refurbished and converted. It includes two holiday flats — both furnished in a modern style and with views of the lake, and each with its own character.

Strandvilla auf der Ostsee

Due to its location on a pier in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz near Kappeln, a town situated on the Schlei, the Strandvilla gives guests the impression of living in the middle of the Baltic Sea. Altes Schulhaus

With a wide view over green pastures, the holiday home Altes Schulhaus is situated on a dwelling mound in the heart of Eiderstedt, a peninsula in the German federal state of Schleswig-Holstein. It shares the idyllic location on the extensive property surrounded by a canal with the Friesensteern, an old barn that has been converted into a holiday home. In the past, the teacher used to live in the small house, where he also taught the children living in the vicinity. Now the completely renovated cottage is a cosy holiday home, which offers space for four people on 65 square metres.

Sieseby Loft

Sieseby Loft is nestled in the property of a former farmhouse on the outskirts of the village of Sieseby on the Schlei inlet of Germany’s Baltic Sea coast. The loft is integrated into an old barn, but stands out with its façade of black larch wood planks. Large windows – up to eight metres high on the garden side – bring plenty of light into the rooms and offer views of the park-like garden property. Milch & Limonade Quartier Westküste

This historic townhouse in Garding on the Eiderstedt peninsula, Schleswig-Holstein once housed a shop for milk and lemonade. Transformed into a light-flooded holiday townhouse, not only the name but also the dominant white colour palette recalls its former use. Dat schwatte Hus bi SPO

Dat schwatte Hus is situated adjacent to a nature reserve on the Eiderstedt peninsula, not far from the village of Sankt Peter Ording, with a wide view over meadows and fields. The old structure of the massive house from the 1960s and three later extensions were converted into a holiday home in the modern Scandinavian style. The black wooden cladding allows the individual parts of the building to merge and creates a homogeneous overall ensemble.

Kliffhuus

Kliffhuus in the Nieblumer district of Goting on the North Sea island of Föhr is sure to surprise you. From the outside, you will only notice at a second glance that the house is built as a split-level construction. There are, in fact, four levels in this small gable roof house. The arrangement of the floors, shifted by half a level in each case, creates a flowing set of spaces that are separate yet connected by visual relationships.
